Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Updating the National Transport Policy for Jordan. Publication Date: 18-Aug-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 01-Sep-2022 Jordan's transport sector is a key driver of economic growth and prosperity in the country. The objective of the assignment is two-fold: 1. Update Jordans National Transport Policy and identify policy, legal, and regulatory changes that need to take place in order to implement the Transport Sector Strategy. In doing so, a special focus needs to be placed on incorporating the following themes across all subsectors and issues: multimodality, climate change, inclusion (including the inclusion of women and vulnerable groups), private sector participation, technology, and regional integration. 2. Develop an action plan and stakeholder engagement plan for the implementation of the policy. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
