• Quotation are invited for Transportation Services. Expected Award Date: 8/20/2021 Questions Due: 8/6/2021 ITEM DESCRIPTION  Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Transportation Services:  Normal vehicle and driver (Single trip, pick up and drop off, Half day and Full day)  SUV/type car and driver (Single trip, pick up and drop off, Half day and Full day)  Mini-Van and driver (Single trip, pick up and drop off, Half day and Full day)  Airports pick up and drop off  Single trips in and around Amman city  Longer requirements - half a day, multiple trips, and full day multiple trips  Longer assignments - travel to the South of Jordan (Dead Sea region, further South and to the North - Irbit)  SUV type vehicle rental; Include Driver, Fuel, and Insurance  All provided vehicles should be in excellent condition, clean, COVID-19 safety and sanitized requirements daily, with driver and fuel.  The vehicles should be in good running condition and be inspected daily by provider, bidders are requested to provide the photos of various types proposed (city vehicle, SUV type, Mini-Van, etc. (from 4 sides).  The vehicle should not be older than 5 years.  The Insurance coverage should include coverage for drivers, passengers, third party and vehicles during the contract period.  Driver: All vehicles should be provided with experienced and trained driver.  Fuel and maintenance: Both Fuel and maintenance of vehicle should be supplied throughout the entire rental period of the vehicles.  All vehicles will be equipped with jack and tire changing tools in good working order  Driver/Vehicle Service requested on per request basis  Driver/Vehicle Service should be available at all project office/staff locations:  Duration of the rental: Minimum 12 months and renewable on mutual agreement if required in future.  Rental charge should be quoted with cost of driver and fuel (inclusive).  Creative will not bear any maintenance cost, insurance or any other related cost associated with these services
