• Quotation are invited for Translation/Interpretation Services. Services Description: 1- Text translation Arabic - English, English - Arabic. Price per page per 250 words. 2- Proofreading services in Arabic and English. Price per page per 250 words. 3- Interpretation services - small groups, consecutive interpretation. Price per half day. 4- Interpretation services - small groups, consecutive interpretation. Price per full day. 5- Interpretation services - large groups, simultaneous interpretation. Price per half day. 6- Interpretation services - large groups, simultaneous interpretation. Price per full day. 7- Audio-Visual equipment rent fees, including supply and delivery to any location in Amman. Rent per half day. 8- Audio-Visual equipment rent fees, including supply and delivery to any location in Amman. Rent per full day. Terms & Conditions: 1- Interested vendors must: a. Have proven NGOs experience. b. Submit past performance sample (preferably NOG-specific). c. Have legal registration as translation and/or interpretation services license. d. Have at least 3 years of continuous operation in translation and/or interpretation business field. e. Provide three key interpreters/translators resumes (at least 8 to 10 years of experience) 2- Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. 3- Quoted prices- validity to be minimum of 3 months from date of submission. 4- Delivery time should be clearly mentioned in the quotation form. 5- Interested vendors must indicate their ability to accommodate any needs for audio-visual equipment as needed. 6- Quality of translation for a sample paragraph in English and in Arabic. Said paragraph to be requested from DKH through email from interested vendors. Under the umbrella of the Capacity Building Program, DKH-s Regional Office West and Central Asia is seeking translation services to cover the translation needs of various types upon demand. The services shall vary from translation of documents to online/offline interpretations. ** How to apply: Deadline for Submission of quotations: Sunday Feb 20, 2022, at 14:00 Amman time. Any quotation received past the set deadline will be dismissed. Application Process: Interested vendors must submit their full quotations via e-mail to: tender.jor@diakonie-katastrophenhilfe.org with subject line reading “Translation/Interpretation Services”. Evaluation Criteria: DKH Regional Office for West and Central Asia will consider lowest prices technically accepted in evaluation. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process is appropriate when the best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. Only quotations that meet the requirements in terms and conditions above will be considered for evaluation. Please note that if there are significant deficiencies regarding responsiveness to the requirements of this RFQ, an offer may be deemed “non-responsive” and thereby disqualify from consideration.
