Description:
Tenders are invited for Training and Security Training Consultant Heat Training As part of this effort, SCI has delivered four training programs using MENAEE Regional Training Team staff. While these staff members possess valuable skills, continued support and oversight are essential for them to become fully independent HEAT trainers. To ensure the highest quality standards, qualified Quality Assurance professionals must be engaged in the administration and delivery process until the new instructors achieve direct claims status. SCI plans to deploy Security Training Consultants for a short-term assignment to accomplish these objectives. The goal is to elevate safety and security training so that MENAEE staff meets the required standards, allowing them to deliver accredited safety and security training courses Internal Quality Assurance (IQA):  Implement quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the training.  Regularly assess training sessions and make recommendations for improvements.  Collaborate with Quality Assurance professionals as needed Please review the below TOR to check the required service, Bidders are free to submit their financial and technical proposal using their own template.
