• Tenders are invited for Syslog and NSM Solutions. Network Monitoring Solution: The required enterprise IT monitoring solution shall provide comprehensive monitoring for network devices and servers which includes the following capabilities: - The solution shall be license for minimum 50 devices - The solution shall be 100% web-based access - Designed to support heterogeneous environment - Shall provide Network Performance Management - Proactively detect and resolve problems to ensure business continuity - Agent-less monitoring / data collection through: SNMP, WMI, CLI, and Cisco's IP SLA - There shall be rich GUI and Intuitive graphs and interactive dashboards - Analyse top N applications, Top N source devices, Top N destination devices - Network monitoring, monitor application performance, network traffic analysis - Provide metrics for Network and CPU load, memory load, disk utilization, device uptime, bandwidth usage - Monitor devices interfaces status, statistics for received errors, number of bytes/packets. - Firewalls policies analysis from various vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) - Backup devices configuration, track configuration changes - Support SNMPvl/v2/v3, SNMP traps - Include Flow Analyzer that collects, analyzes and reports flows traverse across the network though NetFlow, sFlow and IPFIX - Fault Management and information with alerts modules (email / SMS / pop up) - Automatically discovers and monitors infrastructure components - Basic connectivity checks PING, Traceroute, TCP connect, UDP datagram send/receive - Intelligent predefined and customized reporting for auditing and analysis with advanced report export capability - tan create various users with customized privileges - The license for operating system shall be provided with the solution. Advanced Sys Log Solution: The required solution will collect logs, alters and events data from diverse sources; Windows and Linux servers, Windows workstations, switches, routers, firewalls, Antimalware, applications, IDS/IPS and industrial field devices. It shall collect, correlate, reduce, filter, aggregate, manage and analyse logs. The solution shall be license for minimum 60 devices - The solution shall be 100% web-based access - Designed to support heterogeneous environment - There shall be rich GUI and Intuitive graphs and interactive dashboards - The solution shall provide obvious insight for proper forensic analysis and anomaly detection. - Able to identifying security incidents, policy violations, fraudulent activity, and operational problems - Shall provide similar capabilities when operate in workgroup based environment or domain controller based environment. - Collecting logs for different agent and agentless based sources - Multi-platform support of multiple OS (Windows XP/7/10, Windows Server 2000/2008/2016. Red Hat ES/4 and above, other Linux Distributions) - Application and services auditing and analysis (Headend applications, Oracle DB, File sharing, SSH access. Remote desktop, data backup solution) - should audit activities associated with configuration changes - Monitor network devices/servers/workstations accounts logons - Can correlate logs from different logs sources - Provides elastic log normalization in common format - Flexible log parser and conversion - Real-time alerts and notifications - Intelligent predefined and customized reporting for auditing and analysis with advanced report export capability - Can create various шргч with customized privileges - Scheduled and manual archiving for log retention and log preservation - Granular visualization tools present security event in a graphical form - The license for operating system shall be provided with the solution. Training Training requirements includes vendor training Courses conducted by a certified instructor including official course materials. The training shall cover comprehensive topics with hands-on labs for all components of the provided solutions. The training designated to provide deep knowledge and experience that enable NEPCO team to entirely utilize and manage the offered capabilities by the provided solutions. Conducted Training for two (2) persons per topic, for each of the topics, provide a comprehensive training plan indicating: a. Course Title b. Course Description c. Duration of Course d.
