The Purchase of a Quantity of (5000) Five Thousand Tons (Cem 11 a-P 42.5 N) is Subject to the General Sales Tax at a Rate of (Zero) Based on the Text of Article No. (22) of the General Sales Tax Law. 2. Immediate Delivery upon Request and the Price is Fixed for the Full Contractual Quantity, Regardless of the Time Period. 3. Payment shall be Made after Receipt According to the Withdrawn Quantities at a Rate of No Less than (5%) Five Percent of the Contractual Quantity.
