• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Supply of Fitness Equipment. Statement of Work Four (4) Treadmills: These treadmills should be commercial grade and feature motors capable of handling up to eight horsepower (HP). They should be at least equivalent to quality and specifications found in the Life Fitness Elevation Series treadmills. The running surface width should be a minimum of 22 in wide and 60 in long. The machines need to run at speeds between 0.5 and 14 mph (0.8 - 23 km/h) in 0.1 increments. The treadmills should have remotely adjustable inclines that can go up to 15 percent gradient. The lower siderail material should be aluminum. The maximum user weight needs to be at least 400 lbs. The machines- total length should be 83 in, total width should be at least 37 in, and total height should be at least 63.5 in. The treadmills should also be able to run on 220V, 50 hz electric current. They also need to have USB and Bluetooth connectivity for smart devices. They should include a one year all-inclusive warranty for mechanics and labor that can be serviced in the country of Jordan with a servicing agreement that can be renewed on a yearly basis. The frame should have a seven year warranty. One (1) Stair Stepper Machine: The stair stepper should be commercial grade and at least equivalent to the quality and specifications found in the Life Fitness Powermill stair stepper series. It should feature a wide non-slip two-tone stair/riser with at least 25 resistance levels and four wheels for easy positioning of the machine. The console should have an LCD touch screen with a size of at least 16 in. There should be a heart-rate monitoring system and a speed range of between 20 and 160 stairs per minute (spm). The stair stepper needs to have a USB for device charging compatible with Apple and Android phones. Maximum user weight should be at least 400 lbs, with a step-up height of 9.75 in. Dimensions for the overall machine need to be at least 55.92 in (length) x 32.81 in (width) x 82.3 in (height). The stair stepper needs to be compatible with a 220V, 50 hz energy source. It should include a one year all-inclusive warranty that can be serviced in the country of Jordan with a servicing agreement that can be renewed on a yearly basis. One (1) Rowing Machine: The rowing machine should be commercial grade and at least equivalent to the quality and specifications found in the Life Fitness Row GX Trainer. It should have a minimum length of 76.8 in and a minimum assembled weight of 135 lbs (with water). The seat-to-floor distance should be 20.5 in with a vertical storage height of at least 71 in. Warranty lengths should be as follows: five years on the frame, three years on the tank and seals, two years for mechanical issues, two years for the console, and one year on labor, with the option for a servicing agreement that can be renewed on a yearly basis. The warranty should specify that any maintenance will take place in the country of Jordan. The maximum user weight should be at least 330 lbs with at least 16 resistance levels. The rowing machine must have fluid resistance technology, an adjustable footboard with foot straps, and transport wheels. If the machine requires an external power source, it needs to be compatible with 220V , 50 hz electrical current. One (1) Adjustable Weight Bench: This bench must be commercial grade and at least equivalent to the quality and specifications found in the American Barbell Adjustable Bench. It must be able to adjust from zero to 75 degrees with a height of at least 18 in in the flat position and 53 in in the vertical position. The length should be at least 48 in and the vertical pad thickness needs to be at least 2.5 in. The weight should also be 120 lbs, and the bench must have wheels on the rear bar for mobility along with a handle on the front bar for handling when transporting. The color of the padding and bars should be black or gray. The frame must have a lifetime warranty, and the upholstery should have at least a 90 day warranty. The equipment needs to be able to be serviced in the country of Jordan. One (1) Olympic Flat Bench Press Station, Bar, and Weights: The bench press station must be commercial grade and at least equivalent to the quality and specifications found in the Precor DBR0408 Flat Bench. The maximum user weight must be at least 350 lbs and maximum load lift capacity needs to be 500 lbs. The maximum weight storage must be at least 1,760 lbs. The workout area dimensions must be at least 73 in (length) by 65 in (width) by 51.2 in (height). The station must have eight bars (weight storage horns) protruding from it for rounded weight storage, which must fit all Olympic and bumper style weights. It must also have at least two gradated levels where the bar can sit when not in use. The upholstery padding must be at least 2.5 in in width, and there needs to be rubber padding underneath the station to prevent movement across the floor. The bench press bar must be Olympic sized at 7 ft long with a straight circular shaft at 52 in between the two ends holding the weights. The diameter of the bar must be 1 31/32 in and have gradated grips where users will grip the bar. The ends of the bar must have 2 in diameters. The bar must be capable of holding 1,500 lbs. The bar must be a standard weight of 44 lbs. The plate weights should come in a standard Olympic 500 lb set with 45 lb plates (6), 35 lb plates (2), 25 lb plates (2), 10 lb plates (4), 5 lb plates (4), and 2.5 lb plates (2). The plates should be rubber and have hollowed out hand grips to transport the weights to and from the bar. Four (4) Upright Exercise Bikes: The upright exercise bikes must be commercial grade and at least equivalent to the quality and specifications found in the Life Fitness Lifecycle Elevation Series exercise bike. Pedal size must be 6.56 x 5.5 in with pedal straps included. The pedals also must be interchangeable. The handlebars must be deluxe racing handlebars. There should be an integrated accessory tray. Seat adjustment specifications must be: lowest level of 17.75 in, highest level of 30 in, a delta of 12.25 in, and an adjustment of 13 in. The step over height should be 21.9 in at the highest point and 18.82 in at the lowest point. The bikes should accommodate users with at least a minimum height of 4 ft 9 in at at least a maximum height of 6 ft 5 in. The maximum user weight should be at least 400 lbs. The bikes should have transport wheels for moving the machines. The drive system should have a generator/belt. There needs to be at least 26 resistance levels. Resistance type should be PM generator/brake, and there needs to be a multi ribbed belt drive. The crank size must be 6.5 in. The machines must include Polar Telemetry. The machines need to be powered by 220V , 50 hz electrical current. Minimum wattage should be 25 Watts and maximum must be at least 500 Watts. The minimum revolutions per minute (rpm) should be 30 rpm. When assembled, dimensions should be at least 43 in (length) by 24 in (width) by 60 in (height). Assembled weight should be about 175 lbs. Frame warranty must be for two years, with a one year labor warranty. There should also be a two year warranty for electrical and mechanical components and six months for surface treatments and expendable items. The warranty should stipulate that any servicing should be able to be done in the country of Jordan. The machines should include consoles with LCD touchscreens with dimensions of at least 16 in (height) by 22 in (length). The consoles should have touchscreen capability and come with wireless capabilities. Users should be able to log in to the units using QR codes, bluetooth, or manually. Display readouts on the console should be for speed, incline, heart rate (current, average, and max), pace, elapsed time, time remaining, time in zone, time of day, distance, distance climbed, distance remaining, calories, calories/HR, and Watts. The console should have options for at least six different workouts with the ability to adjust for time, distance, calories, climb, heart rate, intervals, and other custom user workouts. The consoles should also have integrated televisions, should be IPTV compatible, and telemetry heart rate should be compatible with polar and Bluetooth straps.
