Tenders are invited for Stainless Steel Sealing Wire & Aluminum Seals Lead seal counters and Wire seal counters, each roll 1000 metres TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF STAINLESS STEEL SEALING WIRE & ALUMINUM SEALS: 1. GENERAL Materials included in this inquiry are for use in EDCO to seal kWh meters main and terminal covers to avoid any tamper in meters connections or their internal parts. 2. STAINLESS STEEL SEALING WIRE:  The diameter of stainless steel wire shall be (0.08-1.3)mm  The stainless steel wire must be characterized by durability and hardness.  The steel wire shall coil in a plastic spool with a length 1000m/spool. 3. ALUMINUM SEALS:  The length of aluminum seals shall be (11-15) mm.  The aluminum seals have to be with through hole suitable for accepting two diameter of the above stainless steel wire.  The tensile strength of aluminum seals shall be (75 - 120) N/mm2.  Packing: Seals shall be packed each 1000/packet. A sample should be submitted with the offer and any offer received without drawing, catalogs and samples will be rejected during evaluation without any prior notice.
