Assignment: Facilitation and documentation support to the Social Protection Cash and Voucher Assistance Thematic Working Group in the State of PalestineContract Type: Request for QuotationDuration of Contract: Between 08 September 2025 to 30 November 2025.Submission procedure: Interested and eligible international firms are invited to submit the following documents no later than 30 August 2025 at 00:00 GMT. All required documents should be sent to the ILO Social Protection team in the Occupied Palestinian Territory: baraskiva@ilo.org; with a copy to husseinm@iloguest.org.• A detailed technical proposal.• A detailed financial proposal in USD, broken down by personnel, administrative, and implementation costs. An indicative format is annexed to this ToR, for further reference.• List of similar past work, preferably with UN or other international organizations, with attachment of at least one example of a similar consultancy work.• CV of the lead facilitator and a second moderator/facilitator of the firm's team.Incomplete submissions and applications received after the deadline will not be considered in the evaluation process.
