Description:
1.Scope of worksThe scope of work covers the renovation of three departments, ERCD, HR, and ICID, at HQ(A), in accordance with the drawings and Bill of Quantities.The scope of tasks includes the transportation and unloading of all required equipment and materials to the site, execution of all renovation and rehabilitation works as outlined in the tender documents, and comprehensive site cleaning upon project completion. It also covers site preparation activities, procurement, delivery, and installation of materials, along with the implementation of all necessary quality control procedures and testing to ensure successful project delivery.2.Site Visit: UNRWA will conduct a Mandatory Pre-bid site visit on Wednesday, 1 October 2025, at 10:00 am at UNRWA Head Quarter Amman (HQ-A) located on Byader wadi Alseer (refer to section 3 (Bid data Sheet) in article 22 (Site inspection)).The location through googles map: UNRWA HQ A
