Remodelling Works at Russeifeh Microfinance Department OfficeThe scope of work for the renovation project, which includes the repair and enhancement of a two-story for existing building. The primary goal of this project is to bring the structure to its optimal condition and make necessary improvements, as indicated in the provided architectural plans. The renovation project consists of the following major components: Concrete Work, Construction of new concrete Stair, the scope including Interior Renovation including flooring, and ceiling finishes, in accordance with the architectural plans. Installation of new doors, windows, glass Works, and frames as specified in the plans.The scope of works concerns all works related to purchase, delivery and installation of material needed to complete the required works and includes transport and unloading of all necessary equipment and material on sites, all construction works specified in the tender dossier, cleaning up of construction sites upon completion of works, all as per the design, bill of quantities and specifications of the Project.
