• Inventory and study of work procedures related to the procedures and services of the Greater Amman Municipality (electronic and monofis) and documenting the outputs on the ARIS platform (ARIS) using the accredited filter. All weaknesses and shortcomings in the previous systems, and their adoption, and then documenting the outputs on the ARIS platform using the approved filter.
