Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Rayam's Technical Support Consultancy Save the Children is seeking the support of an expert on establishing and empowering adolescents and youth groups within the region, to design the methodology, develop tools, and lead the training workshops which aim at empowering young people and equip them with technical skills and capacities to be actively engaged within their local communities. Save the Children seeks to build the capacity of adolescents and youth members of the RAYAM network by giving them a series of extensive training which contributes to restructuring the network, developing the team's readiness to work professionally in the network to train new members, hence, making it self-sustainable. In order to support the network fulfill its goals, Save the children is seeking to contract a consultant to provide technical support in coaching and mentoring the network-s members in addition to building their capacity in areas such as (Civic Engagement and PAR, Proposal Writing, Budgeting and Managing youth Networks, Advocacy, Campaigning, and Mobilization).
