Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Provisions of Internal Auditing Services. Jordan River Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “JRF”) is seeking internal auditing services for the year ending December 31, 2020. The service provider must be free from actual conflicts of interest not only at the time of selection, but throughout the term of the contract as well. Shortlisted firms might be asked to present their proposals to JRF-s Technical Committee. Accordingly, JRF shall determine the most responsive and responsible firm providing the best service at the most reasonable cost, and based on the evaluation criteria set below. The selection of the vendor will be based on factors such as: evaluation team composition, curriculum vitae, technical proposal, preliminary work plan, financial proposal (required budget)/ daily rate for consultants, organizational backgrounds for firms/ sample of similar evaluations for individuals and cover letter. The service provider must be free from actual conflicts of interest not only at the time of selection, but throughout the term of the contract as well.
