Description:
UNRWA is seeking to engage a credible, competent, experienced, and interested service provider to conduct as soon as possible and in a short period of time a comprehensive physical stock and asset counts and verifications in all its warehouses and premises Gaza Strip, Palestine Territory. The objective of the Asset/stock count is to verify the accuracy of the inventory records and reconcile the results with the inventory management system in place "Reach".This exercise will provide the opportunity for UNRWA to enforce internal controls and lay the groundwork for developing a stronger inventorymanagement system.A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be organized to provide more information and orientation about the Asset/stock count on 10 July 2023 at 10:00 AMAny bids received from vendors who have not attended the pre-bid meeting will be rejected and not eligible for award.
