Description:
Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) has the requirement to have services provider for balanced, nutritious, healthy and tasty food (breakfast, lunch, hot and cold beverages, and snacks) to UN staff and its visitors within the premises on a daily basis as well as on the frequent occasion of specific events/meetings taking place at its premises.OSESGY intends to secure the services of a professional vendor to manage and operate catering services including the delivery and line service of breakfast, lunch, hot and cold beverages, and snacks during regular business hours (9 am - 17 pm), Sunday to Thursday. The service will be provided to an estimated number of 45-55 staff. The number of staff may increase or decrease, and may not consistently eat at the canteen on a regular/daily basis. Bidders shall consider the estimated number for the preparation of proposals.The UN reserves the right at its sole discretion to increase or decrease the level of services required, depending on operational requirements over the contract duration.
