Country: Amman, Jordan Advertisement date: 7 May 2024 Submission date: 4 June 2024 before 23:55 Jordan time Funding: Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KFW) Project title: MENA Region NABNI/ Building for Peace (B4P) Facility Reference number: ITB/MENA/24/001 Contract title: Establishment of FWA for the Provision of Audit Services NRC is currently seeking a reputable, licensed Audit firm for the establishment of a Two-Years Framework Agreement for the provision of Audit services. The Building For Peace Facility (B4PF) is currently targeting operations in Yemen and Iraq (Phase I) with a total portfolio of around € 15 Million. The B4PF also has plans for potential expansion to other countries in the region, such as Lebanon or Jordan (Phase II). While specific operational cities within these countries are yet to be determined, the successful bidder will be required to conduct on-site audits in all operational countries where B4P establishes a presence. Therefore, bidders must demonstrate their ability to work and access these countries to conduct auditing services. The B4P facility has not yet finalised contracting structures in the above-mentioned countries. It remains unclear if audits will involve working with individual grantees, sub-grantees, or a combination (individual/lead and sub-grantees). We will provide further details upon confirmation. Still, this Tender considers all these options. Additionally, the NRC MENA/B4P facility, located in Amman - Jordan, will be included in the scope of the audit. No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.
