The winning bidder shall be ultimately responsible for all project management tasks relating to the project. This will include coordinating with all concerned parties in this RFP scope. Details for all of the above items are illustrated under section 3: Scope of work and Deliverables. Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must conform to the procedures, format and content requirements outlined in this document in Section 4 of this RFP. Deviation may be ground for disqualification.
