In tandem, these projects also work towards to enhancing the targeted population knowledge and skills in the production of traditional handicrafts, and in entrepreneurial skills. By integrating and serving community development needs, the Foundation is now recognized nationally, regionally and internationally as an agent for positive change. SCOPE OF WORK (WORK ASSIGNMENT) Jordan River Foundation is looking for a Destination Management Company with proven track record and possessing extensive local knowledge, expertise and resources, specializing in the design and implementation of events, activities, tours, transportation and program logistics in Jordan to customize a 9-day tour for a group of 20 top VIPs visiting Jordan in October 2023. The objectives of the delegation are as follows:  Explore Jordan-s breathtaking nature and historical sites JRF-P-2023-005 Page 3 of 7  Witness the largest humanitarian refugee crisis and visit the world-s 2nd largest refugee camp, the Zatari Camp with the opportunity to visit with the refugee population and see the work UN agencies are doing in the camp.  Learn about the impact the refugee crisis is having on Jordan-s long-term development  Understand Jordan River Foundation programs and visit some of its key projects to see how it is supporting the development goals from employment opportunities, to social cohesion, to youth and women empowerment to child protection and safety.  Meet with decision-makers and business leaders at the national level who are supporting the country-s development and economic efforts. The designed program is to include the following:  Meet and assist VIP service at QAIA upon arrival and on departure  Transportation in a large VIP bus  An English-speaking guide with extensive experience in the field and in-depth knowledge of Jordan River Foundation-s work and its programs. The guide is expected to complete a minimum of 1-day training course at JRF prior to event.  A total of 4-night stay at a 5-star hotel in Amman  A total of 2-night stay at a 5-star hotel in dead sea  1-night stay in wadi Rum preferably in Martian tents including a Bedouin experience  1-night at a 5-star in Petra including a dinner in the site of little Petra  Full board package covering restaurants with different cuisines including Levantine cuisine  Farewell dinner
