Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Prioritization of Sectoral Licensing Reform in Jordan. This assignment aims to support the Government of Jordan (GoJ)s efforts in identifying sectorial licensing priorities for future reforms in Jordan. The World Bank Group is seeking a firm to help develop a systemic prioritization framework which identifies key factors to be considered and apply them on sectoral licenses to identify reform priorities. The firm will utilize and benefit from the business cost reduction indicator that will be measured under a preceding activity. A key outcome indicator used by the Jordan Reform Matrix to track and measure the success of licensing reform. The study should rely on national sectorial economic importance as a key input to identify priorities and drive reform selections. However, economic importance should not be the only determinant factor. Other considerations should be accounted for in selecting licenses for reform.
