Description:
Preparing studies, designs and implementation bid documents for the construction of four residential buildings located on plot numbers (1406, 1405, 1404, 1403, 1402, 1401, 1400, 1399, 1398, 1397) Al-Ghabawi Basin (3) from the lands of Zarqa Governorate, consisting of four floors with an approximate total area of all buildings (5680) m2 (with the possibility of having Basement floor For some buildings), the work also includes general site work, including external courtyards and others, and all that is necessary to complete the work to the fullest extent. This is to prepare designs for the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical works for all buildings and all the necessary designs and details for the external works and general site works and to carry out all studies. The necessary engineering and technical analysis, understanding the functional program for the buildings, and preparing implementation bid documents, according to the architectural plans and requirements, which will be provided to the design consultant by the organization.
