Expression of Interest are invited for Options for Legal and Regulatory Frameworks for Green Hydrogen Production, Use and Exports. Publication Date: 20-Jan-2023 Expression of Interest Deadline: 13-Feb-2023 In line with Pillar 9.1 of Jordans Five-Year Reform Matrix (Energy Sector Policy and Governance Diversification of energy resources including Hydrogen assessed), The GoJ has requested the World Banks advice to build on the international experience in: - identifying options for establishing legal and regulatory frameworks to promote the production and usage of green hydrogen , including possibilities for export. These options would draw on international experience. This would include, but is not limited to, assessing the guarantees of origin for renewable power, regulatory standards and certification schemes for green hydrogen production. - Analyzing options based on international best practices - related to assessing technical and contractual options for Green H2 (GH2) in Jordan. This would cover the green hydrogen sales and purchase agreements. This would also include, but not limited to, Green Renewables agreements, wheeling and net metering schemes, etc., to generate GH2
