• Description:
• Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Project - Performance-Based Contract (PBC) Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Project through a Performance-Based Contract (PBC) in Amman Governorate, in cooperation with the Water Authority of Jordan and Miyahuna Company. The project is aligned with the National Water Strategy and aims to reduce non-revenue water and improve the efficiency of water services and operation of distribution networks in the southern and southeastern areas of Amman. The Ministry of Investment seeks to select a private sector operator to contract with the Water Authority of Jordan (WAJ) for implementation of the Project through a transparent and competitive procurement process, in accordance with the Public-Private Partnership Law No. (19) of 2023 and in line with international best practices.
