UNRWA invites partners to join its Open Market Dialogue under the Humanitarian Innovation Programme (HIP) UNRWA is looking for partners — local or global companies, NGOs, and social enterprises — working on: 1. Approaches, tools, or systems that strengthen in-person GBV referral and protection support in humanitarian settings. 2. Methods that make information easier and safer for frontline staff to access and share — including voice-based or multilingual options. 3. Solutions that apply privacy-by-design, inclusivity, and responsible innovation principles in line with humanitarian standards. 4. Partnership models that are feasible under field realities — intermittent connectivity, shared devices, and high caseloads — and that can support ethical, survivor-centred service delivery. The Market Dialogue hosted by UNRWA will: 1. Present findings from the GBViE: Integrating Prevention and Enhancing Survivor Care project, including evidence from regional needs assessments across Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria. 2. Consult the market on feasible, ethical, and sustainable approaches to strengthen in-person GBV referral and protection support for survivors in humanitarian settings. 3.
