Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. · Submission - quotations must be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov · Subject line of the e-mail - must include the RFQ number and company name. · Attachments - all documents attached to the e-mail must be either Microsoft Word or PDF. Note: We will not accept offers that include links, unsolicited offers, or hard copies. · SF-1449 - this form must be completed as per instructions in the solicitation. · Required sections of the solicitation - all the information requested must be included: Section 1, Pricing Schedule Section 3, Solicitation Provisions Section 5, Representations and Certifications Note: Section 4, Evaluation Factors explains how solicitations will be evaluated and can be used to help complete your solicitation. Site Visit In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.237-1, the Government is planning a site visit. Offerors are required to submit all questions in writing to AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov by September 14, 2023, at 02:00 PM local time. The questions and the Government-s answers will be publicly available on the Embassy website. Contract award The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
