Tenders are invited for Jordan Women-s Career Expo Events Management The selected consultant/institution will be asked to plan and manage three career events across three locations around Jordan, between the 18th of January and the 18th of February. With the goal of connecting female job seekers with opportunities in diverse sectors, these events will act as a platform for networking, skill development, and empowerment. The events target women from different backgrounds, age groups, and skill levels. As for the sectors, they will include commerce and industry, including food, garment, plastic, and so on. We will aim to have a minimum of 20 employers per event and a minimum of 250-350 job seekers. Technical Support: The consultant/institution will select a central and accessible venue and arrange for the following: - Company booths and any necessary labels or banners - Networking sessions and interviews - Panel discussions with successful women leaders - Skill development workshop and career counseling
