- This Request for Qualifications is to upgrade and rehabilitate the existing RO water desalination plant to reach a production capacity of 27,000 m3/day and to implement the SCADA upgrades necessary to run the plant in automatic mode using DBO contracting mechanism. Following the completion of the rehabilitation works, the successful bidder shall be responsible for providing operation and maintenance services for 10 years of the RO desalination plant and the operation of Abu Ezzighan 15 production groundwater wells.
