Description:
This section will proceed to describe first the background information, rationale, and project description. Then it will describe the detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for all six Workstreams of the Green Growth and Jobs Accelerator Project. In short, Workstream 1 includes Project Management Office (PMO), overall methodology, and development of the Toolbox and Blueprint. Workstreams 2-5 includes country-specific analyses and diagnostic tools and the preparation and implementation of the Accelerators in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, and Jordan (Workstreams 2-5)). Finally, Workstream 6 includes the Learning modality component of the project. While there may be local conditions to Workstreams 2-5 (such as language, market opportunities, economic growth rates etc.) that may vary, the ToRs are the same.
