Description:
The scope of works is for the General maintenance at Four Areas, this concerns all works related to purchase, delivery and installation of material needed to complete the required works and includes transport and unloading of all necessary equipment and material on sites, all maintenance works specifiedin the tender dossier, cleaning up of sites upon completion of works, all as per the bill of quantities and specifications of the Project.We emphasize that the work items related to the reinforced concrete include both concrete and reinforcement steel and unit prices should be calculated accordingly.TheWork is distributed into 4 Lots; North Amman Area, South Amman Area, Zarqa Area and Irbid Area taking into consideration the following:- The bidder has the flexibility to bid to all or to any of the above 4 Areas. However, if a vendor selects an Area, then the bidder must provide quotations for allitems within the corresponding bill of quantity/Lot for that Area.- All works needs to be started in all Areas simultaneously.- Each Contractor will be awarded oneLot.
