Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Financial Audit of the Industry Development Fund Project. The consulting services (“the Services”) include external financial audit services of the Project to enable the auditor to express a professional opinion on the annual Project Financial Statements (PFS) as of December 31, 2023, December 31, 2024 and October 31, 2025, as to whether (a) the PFS present fairly, in all material respects, the cash receipts and payments of the Project for the year ending and cumulatively from inception date till year end in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards, under the cash basis of accounting (b) internal controls over financial reporting involved in the preparation of replenishments, directpayments, payments through special commitments, and reimbursements i.e. expenditures reimbursed on the basis of Statements of Expenditures can be relied upon to support the related withdrawals (c) The funds were in all material respects in compliance with the laws, regulations, guidelines and provisions governed by the Loan Agreement. The assignment is expected to start in April 2023. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address below by Sunday Jan. 29th 2023, 12:30 PM (Local Time)
