- On behalf of the World Health Organization (WHO) Jordan, we are pleased to invite your organization to submit a proposal for engagement as an operational implementing partner under a Grant Letter of Agreement (GLOA).This partnership aims to support the implementation of comprehensive medical evacuation services for patients from Gaza, including coordination of medical care, logistical support, accommodation, and mental health and psychosocial services (MHPSS), in alignment with WHO standards and the Government of Jordan-s humanitarian response.Terms of Reference (TORs) will be shared once expression of interest is received alongside the NGO registration and legal documentation. Submission Deadline: Thursday 30 April 2026 at 15:00.
