Description:
Request for proposals are invited for The Development of Fashion Line and Fashion Design Unit for the Jordan River Designs. Deadline for offeror(s) to submit proposals in sealed envelope 18 July 2024 @ 12:00 pm RFP #: JRF-P-2024-023 - Fashion Design Scope of Work 5.1 Consultation and Planning:  Conduct initial meetings with JRF to understand the specific needs and goals of the project.  Identify and select local designers who will lead the creation of the fashion collections.  Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, resources, and key milestones 5.2 Design Process:  Nominating Local Designers: Select and nominate skilled local designers to lead the creation of seasonal fashion collections.  Concept Development: Collaborate with designers to develop concepts that reflect both contemporary fashion trends and traditional Jordanian aesthetics.  Sketching and Prototyping: Assist designers in creating initial sketches and prototypes, ensuring they align with the overall vision.  Ensure that designs reflect a blend of contemporary fashion trends and traditional Jordanian aesthetics.  Exclusive Capsules: Create exclusive lines that are limited edition. These can be marketed as special collaborations, highlighting the unique craftsmanship and cultural heritage. 5.3 Development Process:  Material Sourcing: Source sustainable and eco-friendly materials for the collections.  Training and Workshops: Conduct workshops to train needy women and refugees in various aspects of garment production, including sewing, embroidery, and quality control.  Production Oversight: Oversee the production process to ensure high standards of quality and timely delivery-from sourcing materials to final quality checks.  Implement sustainable practices, ensuring the use of eco-friendly materials and ethical production methods.
