Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Design, Delivery and Installation of Data Center Room Dismantle existing doors including sub-frame, frame and handed over to the owner's representative. Keep existing windows including related section accessories and to close existing window opening with suitable material finishing making sure that to be water tight and thermal insulation, as per ANSI /TIA-569-B, & TIA942/Tier II. Dismantle existing false ceiling tiles and suspension system against block wall Dismantle existing electrical sockets conduits and wiring including disconnecting to the related sub-board. Demolish existing hollow block wall with work deemed to include, removable to approved location. Supply, delivery and installation floor tiles 25*25cm. similar to existing and maintain self-leveling including grounding. Supply, apply Eggshell emulsion paints including high washable emulsion paint, preparation work, undercoats and two layers emulsion paints. Making good existing floor and skirting ready to receive raised floor. Supply, delivery and installation false and related suspension as per ANSI/ TIA-942/Tier II & ANSI/ TIA-569-B Supply, delivery and installation raised floor system, high flexibility panels 60*60cm,include sub structure and structure ,all necessary accessories to cover the whole area of data center and quantities deemed to include wastage of material. Refer to ANSI/TIA-569-B sub-clause 8.5 and annex B.2 TIA-942/Tier II
