Request for proposals are invited for Creative Interactive Visuals. Distribute documents to offeror(s) 13 February 2022 Deadline for questions and clarifications 16 February 2022 at 12:00 pm Deadline for offeror (s) to submit proposals in sealed envelope 03 March 2022 at 12:00 pm Start Date: (Start date is subject to change) March 2022. Issue Date: 13 February 2022 Paper submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope(s) addressed to the details below. Subject line shall clearly indicate: RFP #: JRF-P-2022-005 - Creative Interactive Visuals Procurement & Logistics Manager Jordan River Foundation Masoud Bin Sa-ad Street Al Rawnaq Area Amman, Jordan Tel: +962 6 593 3211 Target Audience: The campaign will target current JRF partners (individual and corporate) as well as potential supporters in an effort to engage JRF-s funders through the mural display. Campaign supporters will be asked to showcase the mural across their social media and advertising platforms. Action Plan & Deliverables:  Supplier to develop creative concept options for the design of the mural. Blueprints of proposed visual and artistic direction should be submitted.  Supplier to develop detailed production budget based upon JRF-s feedback and approval of the visual direction.  Supplier to propose implementation plan including production and installation Timeline: - 14 working days. 4 CALL FOR PROPOSALS 4.1 Technical Proposal: Applicants shall prepare a proposal as an overall response to the RFP ensuring that the purpose, objectives, and deliverables of the assignments are addressed. All proposals to include (but not limited to): - Company profile (Previous experience in NGOs sector is a must. - Sample of previous experience, costumers and products; (Demonstrated work with NGOs and iNGOs) - Work plan approach, project development methodologies. - Company staffing - Bidders MUST also submit an electronic copy of their technical proposals (CD/Flash Drive) and to be place inside the sealed envelope. - Shortlisted bidders may be asked to conduct a presentation showcasing their ability to handle the activity.
