Description:
Request for proposals are invited forSustainable Wastewater Disposal Environmental Protection and Improved Sanitation for Consulting Services for Feasibility Study (the Beneficiary Entity: Water Authority of Jordan (Waj)) The envelopes containing the Bid Bond, Technical and Financial Proposals shall be placed into one outer envelope and sealed. This outer envelope shall be addressed to the GTD and bear the submission address mentioned above, Tender No., the name of the assignment, the Consultant s name and the address, and shall be clearly marked “Do Not Open Before Wednesday 10/8/2022”. 10 Any clarifications shall be received before Monday 18/7/2022 in writing, fax or e- mail to the Government Tenders Department (GTD) at address listed above. No clarifications will be responded to after that date. 11. Bidders are requested to follow up the GTD official website as all clarifications will be responded to in a form of addenda published at GTD website listed above. 12. The Specialized Central Procurement Committee or Procuring Entity reserves the right to cancel the tender without stating the reasons and without thereby incurring any liability to bidders. 13. H.E the Minister of Water and Irrigation is the authorized Signatory of the contract. 14. GTD will not be responsible for the lost and / or undelivered documents sent by post-mail, courier or any other means. 15. Offers shall be deposited to the address mentioned above no later than 12:00p.m Amman local time, on Wednesday 10/8/2022. Late Tenders will be rejected regardless the reason. Technical Proposals will be publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. Amman local time, at the same date mentioned above. This public opening will be transmitted live.
