- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:•Assessment of the existing GIS mapping tool•Propose technical enhancements, new features for inclusion, if needed.•Implement approved adjustments or additions•Test the updated tool with real data to confirm performance and reliability.•Hold regular coordination meetings with the Ministry of Labour and project stakeholders.•Incorporate feedback from users during testing to refine the tool.•Develop training materials, including user manuals and quick reference guides.•Deliver hands-on training sessions for Ministry staff on tool operation•Finalization and handover: oDeliver the updated GIS mapping tool with all enhancements.oEnsure its installation on Ministry's computers.oEnsure a trained cadre of Ministry staff is fully capable of independently operating the system.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
