The assignment aims to enhance the capacity of the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (HCD) and other key institutions to design and coordinate disability-inclusive policies. Through a short inception phase, the work will consolidate evidence, assess institutional capacities, and refine an action plan that links the disability inclusion agenda with broader national social protection reforms. The initiative will lay the groundwork for evidence-based policy proposals and improved coordination to ensure that persons with disabilities are effectively included in Jordan-s social protection and employment frameworks.
