Quotation are invited for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for 5 Stars Hotel -Petra. 1 One Coffee Break and Lunch Person 1 2 Two Coffee Breaks and Lunch Person 1 3 Single Room on B/B Basis Inclusive of Service Charge Night 1 4 Double Room on B/B Basis Inclusive Service Charge Night 1 This will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for hotel services. 1- Required services 1. Two coffee breaks 2. Lunch buffet 3. Parking Space 2- Required Equipment: 1. Sound system 2. Data Show Projector along with a screen 3. Two Screens 4. Podium 5. Two wireless microphones 3- Required Supplies: 1. A4 notes books 2. Blue pens 3. Two Flip chart stand and paper NOTE: THE PRICES SHOULD INCLUDING ALL ABOVE-MENTIONED SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT.
