Tenders are Invited for Assessment of Jordan Social Security Corporation's Care Program (Reaya)Jordan The objective of the consultancy is to understand the operations and assess the results of the Reaya program-s provision across its three components. The assessment aims to understand how the Reaya program has affected the women in the labor market; children-s wellbeing and associated impacts on families; as well as the impacts on participating nurseries (in terms of quality; enrollment; profitability; etc.).Specifically; the assessment is expected to do a program landscape and beneficiary characterization (desk review; key informant interviews); a stakeholder satisfaction and self-assessed impact (survey); and provide recommendations for improvement; based on international best practice and country/program context and feasibility. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
